December - Bingo news!
Well I guess that's why they call it Cyber Monday.. I sold a handful of items on the Bingo University web store. Shirts and buttons. For a hobby and not needed to generate any sales revenue, I'll take it!
In addition to the surprise sales was a surprise bingo the other night. I spend a night a week with the parents, you know, keeping in touch. While going through the motions and being incredibly bored as always, I won the first game of the night - a Double Bingo!
November - Keeping my word?!
How about that, updates in consecutive months?! First off, I know it's small, but I wanted to say check out the picture section, I added 3 new pics of me. 4 years after the last pictures were added.
Other news? Well, the bingo site is all but done. Be sure to check it out. After 1 year with the Apron web site, and letting the domain expire, I never finished it, but just the other day I sold my first apron at the store I set up! No cause for celebration over a couple dollars, but none the less cool.
Fantasy Football at work is just rolling along. This year is no different than the first 4 years as I find myself in the thick of the playoff picture. Um, my team is the circled one.
Each year I put together the league for coworkers, and part of the perks for running the league is customizing the league web page, including this year's logo.
October - Go Vikings!
Hey how about those Vikings this year! 5-0 out of the gate and a favorite by some to finally win the Super Bowl. They have a few key games coming up against the Ravens, Steelers and Packers, which will give us a better idea of how good they really are depending on the results.
I finally finished my sister Monya's work site, Extended Family Caregivers. If curious, simply click on the green picture of the tree below to be taken there. I'm sure there will be subtle changes to be made, but for the larger part the work is done.
Another Halloween, so it's time again to figure out which movies to watch to keep me out of the house for a few hours or so, to avoid the trick or treats!
September - More slow updates!
Ok, the recent is that during a three day heat wave in September, not only did my Xbox 360 bite the dust, but so did my old friend, my Apple Cube. With my computer down, well as you guess, I couldn't do much. The solution was obvious and I had a new IMac within a couple days. Sorry for the limited updates once again. There is much work, updating to be done. I know.
Is that all you say? Well no, but the news will be brief this time around. Of interesting news. My sister Monya has a site, Planet X Designs. I've been doodling with sports and other designs for her to put on merchandise and sell, and she actually has business! Below is a link to some new monster designs she has on shirts that I put together.
August - Where have I been?!
Ok, any guessing can stop already. I haven't been anywhere, just busy with a few different sites. Another new site of mine is www.universityofbingo.com, and can also be found at www.bingouniversity.com. This site provides instruction on the game bingo and also allows visitors to print out a fun diploma of their new learned knowledge and accomplishment.
Another site I'm working on is www.ExtendedFamilyCaregivers.com. This is a elderly care service that serves the San Francisco peninsula. The site isn't complete, but if you click on the graphic below, it'll give you a peak into the site.
A third site I thought I would be working on was for a local flower shop. The new owner wasn't aware that a site existed, so I helped secure a domain name and before we could start, she found her current site for her store and all is well. I did however create graphics for her store that are being used as the company logo. Below is a small sample. If you right-click your computer mouse, and choose to open the image in a new browser window, you can view a larger more detailed image.
Other than what I just mentioned, I do have plans to revamp this site, but at this point won't make any promises. The Star Wars blog is obviously a thing of the past, if you were to visit it you'll notice its been years since an update.
January - Another year in the books!
In 2008 I felt I got caught up with too many different things going on at once, not allowing me to properly focus like I would have liked to. The theme for 2009 is to organize and possibly cutback in the number of things I have going on. Or, finish one thing before I move on to the next. For my first act of organization, regarding this web site, I will put links on this home site to my other sites. This also means I'll let allthingsfrank.com and gaspriceswtf.com expire. Having said that I will have only this site and apron4u.com active. When I catch up I vow to return and put effort into another Godzilla site.
Continuing.. regarding this web site. I have yet to put together the photo galleries I may have hinted of in the past. Dated material is also found spattered along other pages here. A good afternoon should allow me time to clean it up. Well that's it for now :-)
